Week of 6/5/23

This week I worked on modeling my jersey frame in CAD. I found a very helpful video that I used as a guide, but I modified it to fit what I needed. I'm going to have a main frame, then a door that opens and closes with hinges. It took me a few days to model everything perfectly, but I'm glad I took my time because it came out great. Everything is in it's own components and it's very organized. I went to Home Depot to buy the hinges, and I used the McMaster-Carr library to put them into my CAD model. Mr. L said that it's best to talk to carpentry to cut out all the wooden pieces because of how precise it needs to be, so I started making drawing files for all the induvial different sides. I have to show them the drawings and hopefully they can start cutting them because there's only a week left of school and I'd like to finish this project by then.
